The Inclusion Show Welcomes! Patrick L. Riley. Born in Tokyo, Japan and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Patrick graduated Atlanta’s Morehouse College cum laude with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. He is currently based outside of New York City in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. Patrick’s clients have included NBC, BET, I-STYLE TV.COM, CROSSWALKS TV, LEVI’S, and HBO (among many others). In front of the camera and behind-the-scenes, the now multi-media journalist — with a concentration on entertainment and pop culture — has had the opportunity to interview and produce stories on a number of high-profile celebrities and newsmakers — including DIANA ROSS, PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON, BEYONCE, MARY TYLER MOORE, MASTER P, GWYNETH PALTROW, QUINCY JONES, to name a few. Patrick has received a number of industry nods for his work, including awards from the Atlanta Association of Black Journalists, the Atlanta Association of Media Women, etc. And credits of late include a host slot on TLC’s “Pros and Cons: The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly”, which has aired several times on the cable network.

There is a virtual flock of armchair war hawks urging President Obama to get the United States military involved in Syria. We can only hope that the president resists the siren call to take this country down the bloody slippery slope that is reminiscent of Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan.
When will we ever learn?
